Financial Options

We know that finances differ for every individual. In an effort to keep your dental care convenient and affordable, we have a variety of payment options. For those with dental insurance please provide your co-payment at your appointment. When your maximums have been reached, we request payment by time of service. We are more than happy to file paperwork for our established patients. For individuals that have extended benefits on their medical insurance we require payment for all services rendered. Your benefits (compensation) will be sent to you directly through the mail. If you have any questions or wish to discuss your personal plan, we are more than happy to assist you.
